Information Security Policy

Our company contributes to value creation for our customers in the pharmaceutical, medical, medical device, and healthcare industries, aiming toward the future of these fields. To ensure the sustainable development of our services and to allow our customers to use our services with peace of mind, it is a critical issue to protect the information entrusted to us by our customers, as well as the information assets we possess, from all threats. We also recognize that there is an increasing societal demand for strengthening information security.
Here, we establish an information security policy to systematically and continuously work on protecting information assets and will promote this policy.

  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
    All executives and employees of the company shall comply with all laws, regulations, and other standards related to information security, as well as contractual obligations.
  2. Establishment of a Management System
    To address all risks related to information security, the company shall establish and operate an information security management system.
  3. Implementation of Measures
    To protect information assets from all threats, appropriate measures based on risk assessments shall be implemented. In the event of an information security issue, the company shall promptly investigate the cause and take measures to minimize damage while striving to prevent recurrence.
  4. Implementation of Education and Training
    The company shall continuously provide education and training to all executives and employees to recognize the importance of information security and enhance security awareness.
  5. Continuous Improvement
    The effectiveness of the information security management system shall be evaluated through regular monitoring and reviews, and continuous improvements shall be made.
  6. Response to Violations and Misconduct
    All executives and employees of the company shall conduct their duties in accordance with the information security policy and related internal regulations and procedures. Violations or misconduct shall be subject to disciplinary actions under employment regulations and legal measures.
