Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations 2024

EP-PharmaLine has been certified as an "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations 2024," jointly recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the Japan Health Conference.

The recognition of "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations" is a system that honors corporations that are particularly good at implementing health management strategies based on regional health issues and health promotion efforts led by the Japan Health Conference. The various health initiatives taken by EP-PharmaLine, as mentioned on this page, have been recognized and led to this certification.

Our approach to health management is not merely about maintaining health, but firmly believing that it leads to the sustainable growth of our company. EP-PharmaLine will continue to strive towards maintaining and promoting the health of all its employees through its health management initiatives.

Promotion System

The president and CEO is appointed as the person responsible for promoting health management and is working to promote employees' health with collaboration from the personnel department, health insurance association, and others.
Additionally, an in-house project team "EHT (EPL heartful-team)" has been established to work on promoting health management.

Initiatives for Health Management

  • We strive to maintain and promote health through activities such as health management and safety and hygiene.
    Every month, the 'Health Committee' conducts information sharing and discussion on issues related to hygiene and health, such as improving the workplace environment and managing the health of employees, and lectures by occupational physicians.The contents are publicized on the company's intranet.
  • We work to prevent mental health issues through implementing stress checks and utilizing counseling services.
  • We make every effort to prevent overwork.
  • We are committed to promoting the balance between work and home life, including support for child-rearing and caregiving.

Strategic Map

In order to effectively and efficiently manage and invest in health, we have identified the management issues we need to resolve and the health-related issues that lead to the resolution of these management problems. We have established a "strategic map" that visualizes efforts related to maintaining and enhancing health to resolve these issues.
Based on this, we check and verify the status of our efforts and their achievements, and are promoting health management.
