Collection of plastic bottle caps, promotion of my own bottle use
Collection of plastic bottle caps, promotion of my own bottle use. We are conducting a plastic bottle cap collection activity to prevent viral infectious diseases by donating vaccines and reduce CO2 emissions so that people can live in a healthy and comfortable environment. Although the period since the start of implementation is short, we are collecting consistently every month. We are also promoting the use of my own bottles to reduce CO2 emissions.

Parchase, donation and contribution of office furniture
From the perspective of CO2 reduction, we buy, donate, and donate office furniture that has become unnecessary due to changes in floor layout, rather than disposing of it.

Stationery Donation Activity
We believe that educational disparity is a cause of poverty, especially child poverty. Therefore, we actively donate stationery as part of our efforts to support children's learning.

Promotion of Mutual Understanding in the Workplace
In our company, where the majority of employees are women, we aim to deepen mutual understanding among employees and create a work environment that is comfortable for everyone, regardless of gender.
In September 2023, we held a "Workplace Mutual Understanding and Health Promotion Seminar". A gynecologist (external lecturer) gave a lecture focusing on "menstruation", which was held in a hybrid format of on-site and remote delivery.
On-site participants were able to deepen their understanding by listening to the opinions of others while working in teams of four. For employees who could not participate in real time, we also distribute the lecture content via e-learning within the company.
In the future, we plan to hold seminars aimed at promoting mutual understanding among employees, not limited to "menstruation". We will continue to explore new themes for creating a comfortable work environment.
